We manage the buildings we own, and we manage buildings for other landlords to the same standard. Property management is meticulous work or it is worthless.

Marketing a vacancy, screening the tenant who answers, drawing the lease, collecting the rent, keeping the fabric of the building in order, and answering the phone when something breaks. Most of the value is in the last two, and most managing agents are weakest there.

Our team responds promptly to tenant queries and resolves issues rather than logging them. A tenant whose problems get fixed renews; a tenant managed through a ticket queue leaves, and a void costs a landlord far more than the repair would have.
